Objectives & Attributes
Since starting out in my field my absolute primary objective has been and still is to work in a challenging, creative and positive environment. Having the ability to constantly learn new techniques, skills and design methods really plays to my “outside the box” mentality. I will forever be a team player, go the extra mile and be a great asset to any hiring company. I will provide a wide range of skills such as web design, large scale print media/signage, page layout, social media ads, sales decks, infographics, and my personal favourite – packaging!

People Person
What can I say, I love being around other humans. I am a good listener, enthusiastic and love to be a part of a good team. I also speak French as my second language.
Great Leader
To me, being a good leader means advocating for your team, filtering out all the noise, managing projects and above all, treating team members fairly and with respect. Also, I am a big fan of learning from other designers and encourage them to share knowledge.
Fast & Furious
I pride myself on meeting deadlines with very little back and forth. It's so important to be a good listener and be able to get a good sense of what someone is looking for.
Stay Current
As a designer, I know the importance of staying on top of current trends and applications. This is something that I love, therefore I spend my free time looking up tutorials and learning new skills & techniques.
Outside Relationships
I know how important it is to maintain a good relationship with outside entities such as printers and vendors. This I take very seriously and make an extra effort to deliver jobs on time and be available after hours when necessary.
Creative thinker
I am always thinking in an innovative way. I do not want our packaging to look like all the rest. I take inspiration from them, then I turn it up 10 notches in order to create something that will jump off the shelf every time!
As a team lead I provide direction, guidance, and leadership to the designers while fuelling creative energy and enthusiasm. I am typically responsible for managing daily workflows, producing strategies that help drive business initiatives, and relaying clear instructions to team members as well as diving into the weeds to help when necessary.
